Turkey Shirts and Pumpkin Towels

Here is the last of the turkey shirts and pumpkin dish towels. Now I'm on to all things Christmas.

Pumpkin Shirts

I don't think I've posted these boys' shirts yet and I don't want to miss them. Their mom always requests fun new holiday designs for them every year on anything but white shirts, so we went with a festive orange shirt and colorful pumpkin and wagon design. Their practical mom likes that they can do double duty as Halloween and Thanksgiving shirts.

Thing 1 and Thing 2

A good friend of mine always plans the best Halloween family costumes. This year's theme was Dr Suess. She was The Cat in the Hat, her husband was the goldfish and her 2 little boys were, of course, Thing 1 and Thing 2. Adorable! I was also happy to use my newfound knowledge in curving text with my embroidery design program. It didn't hurt that she compensated my time with a Starbucks gift card, either. It's a win-win. Thanks again, R!

Big Sister Shirt

I couldn't wait to get this shirt finished and shipped to the customer. She used it to announce to her little girl that she was going to be a big sister. So exciting!! We used her favorites - lots of pink and leopard - so she would be extra proud to wear her fun shirt. Congratulations, big sis!

Burp Cloths

Can you tell that this baby girl's daddy is a baseball coach?
This swirly frame is one of my favorites.
And a camo and orange combo for the baby boy of an avid hunter.

Disney Shirts

I did these Disney shirts for a family taking a fun trip soon. So jealous! The customer really wanted short-sleeved baseball tees for her boys and that kind of shirt immediately disappeared from the face of the earth. We both searched for months to no avail, so she finally ordered them from different vendors online and sent them to me. I was a nervous wreck stitching them out because usually when I don't have back-up shirts things go very wrong. Luckily, they came out unscathed and made the return trip to their owners. Have an amazing trip to DW!

Just a reminder: I'm not currently taking orders so I can prepare for the holiday show next week. I will return for Christmas orders at some point depending on the numbers of orders I take at the show. I've already had to decline some customers and I hate to inconvenience anyone, but it's really for my sanity and my family's well-being. Thanks!!

Christmas Shirts

As of last Friday, I am no longer taking new orders. I'll be completing all pending orders and then prepping for the holiday trunk show on November 14. Depending on how overwhelmed I am with orders at the show, I'll open back up for Christmas orders for a couple of weeks and then close again for the holidays. I apologize for the inconvenience, but traditionally I get VERY stressed around this time of year and have a hard time saying no. I really need to be better about spending this time with my family and making memories with my kids, so please understand why I can't take orders indefinitely. Since most of my customers are moms or grandmothers, I know you'll agree that childhood is fleeting, and I need to treasure every moment.
