Name Pillows

I've been churning out the name pillows again. Many of these were for repeat customers who have established a tradition of giving them to expecting friends as baby gifts -- thanks for coming back, girls!

Is anyone else as ready for spring to decide to stay as I am? My closet is so confused as to what season it is and I have to check my weather app nightly before I select Tatum's outfit for school the next day (she's not ready to fly solo on this, trust me).

This weekend we will participate in some traditional Easter activities while remaining fully aware of the true meaning of the day. I've never been more humbled by Christ's sacrifice or more utterly confounded by the empty tomb. Have a blessed day.

Dish Towels

I'm sorry my posts have been so sporadic lately. This is the season of the school year where everything is picking up speed and we just hang on to the roller coaster until the end of May. I've meant to do a catch-up post on our lives since February, but of course it hasn't happened yet. I haven't even taken very many photos with my real camera, and we're spending lots of time in the car, but everyone is doing well. Tatum has a check-up with both the orthopedic surgeon and infectious disease doctor next week and we're hoping for a release from all restrictions. She's been on oral antibiotics 3 times a day for 10 weeks, and we're ready to be medication-free again. We're so incredibly grateful that she has healed so well and shows no signs of the serious infection she had just 3 months ago, except for a pretty gnarly scar on her right knee.

Some of my best selling items at Christmas time are personalized dish towels. I've had requests for some recently and I enjoyed working on these new designs.

Boutique Baby

We had a fun and relaxing staycation over Spring Break last week with some of our closest friends and it was hard to wake up to that alarm this morning. Now I have the house to myself again and it's time to get back to work. I've completed lots of baby gift sets recently but was waiting for the recipients to see them in person before I posted them here. I've made a change in pricing in one of my baby items. The custom sewn bibs are now $15, while the white knit ready-made bibs (like below) with monogram are still $10. Please specify when you order which style you prefer and I'll charge you accordingly. Thanks so much!

The laundry is calling my name again. Have a great Monday!

M-I-C-K-E-Y

It's that time of year again when my friends plan really fun trips to Disney World and we . . . don't. I made this set of shirts for a good friend of mine who was planning to surprise their kids with a Disney trip on the DAY they were to leave. They woke them up early, gave them their shirts and immediately left for the airport. What an unforgettable memory! I really like how the chevron Minnie silhouette shirts turned out. They're a little more age-appropriate for the tween set.
She needed a pirate Mickey shirt for little brother too.
And, of course, a princess crown shirt for an appointment at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique.
I know y'all had such a fun time on your memorable trip, E! I can't wait to hear all about it.

Name Pillows

Sorry about the poor photography here. I don't know what was happening when I took these photos but it was probably in the middle of the night and I was in a hurry to go to bed. I've been making LOTS of name pillows, many of which are for repeat customers (thank you!), and I'm really enjoying using the chevron more. Geometric patterns make me happy.
