Bruce was named after a famous guitar-playing rock star. Any guesses which one? This Bruce hasn't been born yet, but his mom wanted several burp cloths ready for him when he makes his appearance. I was glad to finally get to use the guitar applique (it's a chocolate brown corduroy) and try out the applique letters. It's a departure from my usual burp cloth design but I like the combinations of fabrics and the chunky letters. These didn't photograph very well because of all the snow and ice storms we've had recently (which may or may not be due to global warming) and the sun didn't come out for 3 days. I don't mind staying warm and cozy at home with my kids for days on end in this dismal weather, but it makes for poor lighting conditions.
