These custom outfits are for a couple of very special little ladies about to celebrate their first birthday! They consist of an A-line top, complete with lining, covered buttons and a sweet little birthday cupcake appliqued on the front. The cute bloomers can be made to match or coordinate with the top. The candle can accommodate up to five candles, so it's not just for one-year-olds! For older little girls, the top can become an A-line dress without the bloomers. The dress works by itself or with a little blouse or turtleneck underneath. The grograin ribbon bows are removable for washing, although I've washed and dried them by mistake and they hold up just fine.
