I love this fun, funky fabric and have been dying to use it! When my sister-in-law asked me to make her something for a baby shower gift I couldn't resist. Lots of shades of pink with, of course, green and brown. The bold pattern doesn't really allow for a monogram, but I think it makes its own statement.
I guess I'm in a lime green, pink and chocolate brown phase. When given carte blanche in making a baby girl set, this is what I'm always drawn to. I especially love the zebra and polka dots together.
It amazes me how my kids seem to get the very best teachers every year, and this year is no exception. We have the most caring, devoted teacher for my 3rd grader. When she requested spirit shirts for her team of 7 teachers, I was very glad to do it! They wanted turquoise, long-sleeved t-shirts with brown lettering that reads "3rd grade rocks!". The back sports a large "3" in polka dot and zebra. It's a fun break from the traditional school colors. We love you, Mrs. B!
This customer requested a brown zebra clipboard with a hot pink 3-initial monogram for her home office. I hadn't ever thought of doing a monogram, and I love it! Fun twist on a classic.
The cupcake dress also has matching bloomers with it, but the picture of them didn't turn out well, so you don't get to see them!
These 2 outfits are for a couple of sisters who share a birthday month. Mom wanted a fun first birthday set for Ella, and a number "4" shirt for her big sister to wear with the tutu she got for Christmas. Happy 1st and 4th birthdays, E and A!
I love the charm of hand-stitched embroidery, and while I don't have the time (or inclination) to do a lot of it, I love the simplicity of a name on a baby onesie. This one's for a sweet friend of mine who, after having 3 beautiful daughters, finally got her baby boy! Judson is sure to be well cared for by his 3 big sisters.
I am a blessed mom of 3 precious girls, and wife to the man I always dreamed of marrying. I learned to sew by watching my mom make dresses for my sister and me, and found a new appreciation for it after my own girls came along. I love creating fun matching outfits and custom items for them. With some encouragement from family and friends, I decided to open my own online store and share my hobby with others.
